It’s no secret that I live in Vegas…but I like to play a game where I try to make my house look as NON Vegas as possible. Today’s challenge, turning my fireplace area into a wintery cabin look. You ready to see what I used to pull it together?
First step was solving my no mantel situation. I just cut a branch from my front yard tree and used command strips to hang it up!
Next, I added the logs which is my favorite part. Yes, I have a gas fireplace. No, I will never use the logs. It’s totally fine but I love them that much. ha!
Finally, I styled out the space using items from Walmart Home. From Walmart online I ordered these cute trees, the blanket, pillow, and stockings. Within a few days they showed up, and you know I always love a good excuse to NOT leave my house. ha! Anything I don’t want I will just return to the store, so I always order more than I think and test everything in my space.
