Returns Eligibility
We do not accept returns for products purchased directly from Angela Rose Home. If your product is misprinted or damaged we will gladly send you a replacement – please follow the instructions below for initiating a replacement.
Initiating a Replacement
To initiate a replacement due to misprint or damage, please follow these steps:
- Take photographs of the damage or misprint
- Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@angelarosehome.com and submit your photographs.
- If your item qualifies for a replacement we will ship a new item to you free of charge. In the case of us not having the available stock for the item you are needing a replacement we will refund you in full.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., misprint, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Refunds and Processing Time
There will be no refunds unless extenuating circumstances apply. Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be given in the case of a damage or misprint.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the damaged or defective item will be requested to expedite the process. Examples of a damaged or defective item are:
- Any rips or tears in the cloth
- Hems are dethreaded or undone longer than 1inch
- Any stains or color spots
- Crooked or incorrect placement of print
- Misspelled verbiage
